Welcome back!
I started this series, “10 Things I’m Into This Month,” a couple of years ago on Instagram and TikTok (remember this and this?), so I figured it’s time to bring it to Substack! This way, I can link everything for you all. Lately, I’ve been reaching for these pieces a lot…
1. KHAITE x Oliver Peoples 1998RX Glasses in Silver
The wire frame of these glasses is so striking and cool. They're giving me major 90s minimalist vibes in the best way. I love how they add this interesting edge to any look – I wore them to the Khaite show in New York last month and have been obsessed ever since.
2. KHAITE Eva Asymmetric Pump in Dark Olive Patent Leather
These pumps are everything! The dark olive patent is a refreshing alternative to black but still works with so many pieces in my closet. The asymmetric cut is so flattering on the foot and adds an architectural element to even the simplest outfit. I've been wearing them with everything from jeans to dresses and they’re surprisingly comfortable too. Definitely my most-worn shoes this month.
3. Clyque the Label Tommy Pant
Airport style is not to be forgotten and these Tommy Pants have been my go-to travel uniform. They look sleek and put-together while feeling like sweatpants. The wide-leg silhouette is super flattering and I love that they don't wrinkle, even after a long flight.
4. DMY Studios Valentina Sunglasses
The oversized shape of these sunnies gives the perfect amount of drama while still being wearable for everyday. I've been wearing them all the time. They're super lightweight too, which means no annoying nose marks.
5. TOTEME T-Lock Leather Top Handle
This bag has barely left my side all month. It's that perfect size to fit all my essentials without looking bulky. The structured shape keeps everything organized and the top handle gives it a classic, graceful vibe that I'm really into. The leather quality is incredible too – it's already getting a beautiful patina.
6. Guest in Residence Cozy Crew in French Blue
This sweater is amazing! The cashmere is incredibly soft and the French Blue color is perfect to brighten up a neutral outfit. I've been throwing it on with everything. It's one of those pieces that makes you look put-together with zero effort. I love the slightly oversized fit that's cozy without being sloppy.
When I was in Paris for fashion week, my Rimowa was my ride-or-die. There's something so satisfying about walking through the airport with a suitcase that has smooth wheels and actually works. I went for the glossy black style because it's practically indestructible and just gets better looking with age – kind of like a good leather jacket. I love how the interior has these compression straps that let me pack more than should really fit (I need options, you know?). It's definitely an investment piece but it makes all the difference.
8. Flamingo Estate Roma Heirloom Tomato Candle
My home has been filled with this scent all month. It's such a unique fragrance – garden-fresh tomato vines with hints of basil and earth. It instantly transports me to summer in Italy, even when I'm sitting at my desk answering emails. I've been lighting it in the morning while I get ready for the day and again in the evenings when I'm unwinding. The green glass vessel is really pretty and can be repurposed once the candle is finished.
9. Victoria Beckham Eye Wardrobe Multi-Finish Palette in Victoria
I'm obsessed with this palette! The Victoria colorway has the perfect selection of neutrals that work for any occasion. I've been using the lighter shade for daytime and the deeper tones for evening. I love how buildable they are – you can go from subtle to dramatic so easily. The formula is buttery smooth and blends like a dream. I've been creating this soft, diffused eye look that's become my signature this month. The packaging is sleek, minimal, and fits perfectly in my makeup bag.
10. Augustinus Bader The Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50
I'm serious about SPF (even on cloudy LA days) and this one is truly next level. It blends like a dream with no white cast, which is basically unheard of for a mineral formula. I love how it sits under makeup without that weird pilling thing that happens with many sunscreens. The texture is lightweight but still gives that glow-from-within finish. I've been applying it every morning after serum and before foundation.
What are you loving this month?
xx Tania
